When the kids and I were at the YMCA earlier in the week, we took a detour on the way to the car.  We were looking for the new amphitheater that was recently built by a local Eagle Scout.  When we reached the clearing, Big Kid said, “That is not a movie theater!” As the kids ran and weaved through the amphitheater, Big Kid read all of the names on the benches.  He came to one in the very back:

Guess who will be hearing this live in Atlanta in July? Woot! I admit, I was not very enthusiastic about Mylo Xyloto in previous T4Ts, but it has grown on me.  After Viva La Vida, my expectations were high.  Perhaps too high, and this new album was never going to live up to what could very well be Coldplay’s’s magnum opus.  It is still better than most, and an enjoyable road trip companion.

We have all seen the Mall Santa Clauses but have you ever experienced a Movie Theater Santa? The holiday season is here!  And I am already hanging on by the seat of my pants.  This week has been super busy.  What has Team Skelley been into? I think that my mom has started to anticipate if she invites us over for a meal that her table is going to end up on Team Skelley.  I figured this out after she served us peanut butter crackers on my grandmother’s china.  I exaggerate…..a little. Being the mom to a girl is quite fun.  Little Kid is almost four, and she has taken to wanting our clothes to coordinate.  Last week in Target she spotted a pair of black boots that were the miniature version of my cropped Uggs.  Normally this close to Christmas we would put the boots on her Christmas list for Santa, but I admit, I caved.  We now own matching boots.  And it does not stop

Previously, on Team Skelley……..
